Background: Although the Selevenar Galaxy ultimately won in its war against the Styx, the subsequent Segan Civil War further weakened the economic stature of the leading powers of the Selevenar Galaxy. As the Segan Civil War concluded, it became clear to the leading powers of the Selevenar Alliance of Powers (S.A.P.) that it was in the interest of the galaxy to join in an ambitious political, economic, and military union by 2501. The Alliance is now a leading military power with domestic interests to strengthen a bolstering economy and to compete actively with the Intergalactic Alliance of Powers.
